Helping clients with all their real estate goals!
My commitment to you, my client, is only a reflection of my own personal life. I have been married for almost 25 years now and I am committed to being the best husband I can be to my wife, Stacey, until the day I die. My life revolves around my wife, 3 kids...and YOU, my client! My oldest is graduating from the University of Oregon soon as a Music Major. You can check out his music on SoundCloud at being720. My second oldest son just graduated from Oaks Christian HS and is living in Santa Monica, working and going to school. My daughter is in High School at Grace Brethren in Simi Valley where she takes 2 classes and my wife Home Schools the rest. She also rides her pony at Elvenstar in Simi Valley.
I learned this from working at Goldman Sachs. In the late 80's, they were the best of the best investment banks in the world. They used that reputation to their clients advantage as well as their own. Time-and-time again I could see how their reputation worked to the advantage of their clients.
From 2008-2014 (I will update this at the end of 2015), I am ranked in the Top .8% of all Realtors in Ventura County. What does this mean to you? First, it means I'm going to show up. The complaint I hear from most Sellers and Buyers is that their agent didn't communicate with them or didn't show up at the times they felt were most important. You can't be consistently ranked this high without showing up. Second, it means I have the experience you can trust.
I am licensed to do business in all of California. While I specialize in Ventura County, I GO WHERE MY CLIENTS NEED ME. I can help accomplish your goals wherever your real estate happens to be.
After graduating from Pepperdine University in 1988, I went directly from Malibu to New York where I worked in the Commercial Real Estate Division of Goldman Sachs. I gained valuable experience in understanding the real estate markets and how to value an asset.
I currently live in Santa Rosa Valley. I've lived here since 2002. Before that I lived in Thousand Oaks, Simi Valley and Woodland Hills. Since 1992, I have owned my own home and have experienced the joys and pain of owning a home. Between that and my professional experience helping my clients buy and sell homes, I hope to help you find the issues, both good and bad, before you make your decision to close.
We have an in-depth understanding of the market you're looking at. We go beyond traditional real estate agency scopes and evaluate the value of your home. We work harder! We do our best not to let calls go to voicemail. When we miss one, we make sure to return that call promptly.
Most importantly, we take the time to understand what YOUR real estate goals are so that we can find the right house for YOU to call home.
